Pulse Fit Training is located at 120 Water Street, Danvers, MA 01923. We are a family-owned, coach-led fitness studio dedicated to helping everyday people transform their bodies and their lives. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our certified coaches meet you exactly where you are and build a plan around your goals.

We offer four core training options under one roof in Danvers, MA: private personal training , small group training , group fitness classes , and nutrition coaching . Every program is led by a certified coach who knows your name, your history, and your goals. Not a screen, not a machine.

Our group fitness classes run Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Classes blend strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and heart rate-based intensity tracking, coached live every session. Our personal training programs are fully customized to your schedule and fitness level, with 1-on-1 sessions or intimate small groups of 2–4.

Our Transformation Program is Danvers' most comprehensive fitness membership: it combines personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, body composition tracking, and ongoing goal-setting with full coach accountability. Members consistently report losing 15–30+ lbs and building functional strength they've never had before.
