Question 3

How is Pulse Fit different from a regular gym?

Question 7

Are there any long-term contracts?

We have flexible membership options. Some packages are month-to-month, others are committed terms with better pricing. We'll walk you through all options with zero pressure.

Yes! Refer a friend who becomes a paying member and you both get a free month added to your membership. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.

Absolutely not. Every class is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Your coach will show you how to scale any movement to your current ability.

Question 10

How many people are in a typical group class?

Accepted Answer

Group classes vary but are kept intentionally small compared to big-box gyms so coaches can provide real attention to every member.

Question 11

What should I bring to my first class?

Accepted Answer

Just athletic clothes, a water bottle, and yourself. We have all the equipment. Arrive 10 minutes early so your coach can introduce themselves and orient you.

Question 12

How do I book a class?

Accepted Answer

Use the Pulse Fit Training app on the App Store, or check the group schedule on our website. Walk-ins are welcome but booking in advance guarantees your spot.

Accepted Answer

Every personal training package includes a full fitness assessment, custom programming built around your goals, nutrition guidance, body composition tracking, and direct coach access between sessions.

Accepted Answer

After your intake consultation, our head coach matches you with the trainer whose specialty, communication style, and availability best fit your needs. If the match isn't right, we adjust — no questions asked.

Question 15

Can I do personal training if I have injuries?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our coaches are certified and experienced in working around injuries and physical limitations. Your coach will design a program that builds strength safely given your history.

Question 16

What's the difference between personal training and the Transformation Program?

Accepted Answer

Personal training is flexible — you can do 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week at whatever frequency works. The Transformation Program is our flagship, combining personal training with nutrition coaching and body comp tracking in a structured 12-week format.

Question 17

What does nutrition coaching actually involve?

Accepted Answer

Your nutrition coach builds a personalized macro framework based on your body, goals, and lifestyle — not a generic meal plan. You'll get weekly check-ins, habit coaching, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress.

Question 18

Do I have to track every meal?

Accepted Answer

Tracking is a tool, not a requirement. Your coach will find the accountability system that works for your personality and lifestyle. Some clients track everything; others use a simpler framework. We adapt to you.

Question 19

Can I still eat out and enjoy food?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our approach is built around sustainability. We teach you how to navigate restaurants, social situations, weekends, and travel without derailing your progress.

Question 20

Is nutrition coaching available as a standalone service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can sign up for nutrition coaching on its own, or bundle it with personal training or as part of the full Transformation Program.

Accepted Answer

Pricing details are covered when our team reaches out to schedule your first session. You'll have full access to group classes, a coach introduction session, and a nutrition consultation for the entire week.
