Class Formats at Pulse Fit

Every format is coached, every session is structured, every rep counts.

Strength & Conditioning

Barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight-based sessions focused on building functional strength with progressive overload built in.

Heart Rate Training

Metabolic conditioning classes using heart rate zones to maximize calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness in 45–50 minutes.

Bootcamp

High-energy, full-body circuits combining strength and cardio for maximum efficiency. Great for fat loss and conditioning.

Community Classes

Partner and team-based workouts that make fitness social, competitive, and fun — especially for members new to structured training.

What to Expect Your First Class

Walking into a group fitness class for the first time can feel intimidating. At Pulse Fit, we've designed the new-member experience specifically to eliminate that anxiety. Your coach introduces themselves before class starts, explains the workout format, and identifies any scaling options so nobody feels left behind.

Classes run 45–55 minutes and follow a consistent structure: a thorough warm-up focused on mobility and movement prep, a primary strength or conditioning block, and a cooldown. The workouts are programmed in multi-week blocks, which means each class builds on the last. You're not just burning calories — you're actually getting fitter in a measurable, trackable way.

Our studio in Danvers is open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. View the full group class schedule and book your spot online using the Pulse Fit app.
